Overview

Safeguarding & Inclusion Officer vacancy The successful candidate will be an individual that understands the ethos and values of our school, excited by the challenge of working as a Safeguarding & Inclusion Officer.

We are ambitious for our pupils and believe in developing the whole child spiritually and academically. We teach our children to achieve high academic standards, as well as enabling them to become model British Muslims who contribute to the wider society as professionals and leaders. Our school site is based in the London Muslim Centre and Maryam Centre of the East London Mosque with fully equipped classrooms with interactive smartboards, Science lab and ICT suite.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking and motivated person to join our friendly office staff and work in a busy school office environment. You will be part of a highly valued team who will make a significant contribution to our schools.

 The successful candidate will have:

• Ability to handle sensitive information with care.
• Proven capability to act decisively during crisis situations, ensuring the safety of all involved.
• Ability to engage with various stakeholders and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively.

Salary & Benefits

£30,035.14 – £39,855.15 per annum (ELMT scale E1–F11) Pro-rata

Depending on skills and experience

Term time plus 10 days (negotiable)
